Acupuncture for Fertility

Acupuncture stands as a cornerstone in aiding and empowering patients on their fertility journey.  

I am passionate and dedicated to supporting women's menstrual health and I have spent countless hours on continued professional development on fertility, plus time with patients to help them achieve their dreams of having a baby. 

This is not to say that acupuncture will certainly give you positive pregnancy, but that with a fertility acupuncturist you will get:

• A holistic approach to your menstrual cycle and conception: the time we spend together we are unpicking all your health history.  From your sleep, to digestion, to menstrual cycle and beyond I am uncovering anything which might affect your chances of a pregnancy to ensure we have discovered, eliminated or treated every aspect

• Time, guidance and expertise: there can be a big gap between what your initial conversation with a GP, to being sent for IVF.  I am here to help you navigate this time to ensure you are as informed as possible.  We use this time wisely to prepare and optimise your:

  • Menstrual cycle​ and regulating hormones

  • The quality of your egg

  • The thickness of your endometrium

  • Your vaginal health

  • Your partners sperm

  • Support your mental health
